HHS has been able to generate success in meeting its goals & so far it has been able to execute, implement as per the pre-requisite standards of various departments & authorities.

While doing an in-depth research some of the areas of concerns which it can improve upon is often its noticed that Doctors or Nurses which commit frauds or are prosecuted in the criminal investigations in a particular state of US & later on when it migrates to some other parts of US it becomes difficult to keep a tab on an individual level. Hence, it should have a commonly issued license which lists all the past recorded civil & criminal prosecutions. All the reasons for migration to upgrading to new skills or qualifications should be detailed within the commonly issued license.
